The Rules Engine checks to see which rules match the set criteria and if there is a match performs the specified action or actions. Rules are considered in the order they are listed. You can change a rule's position in the list by using the arrows on the toolbar. If you want a particular rule to be the last rule executed on a message (if its criteria are met) then you can configure it to stop processing further rules.
