You can create your own folders by selecting Manage Folders from the File Menu. You can also specify how long you want messages to exist in a folder before they are automatically removed. A Virus folder is already provided for quarantining infected messages. See Virus Scanning for more information. folder view When you double-click a folder you will be presented with a view of the folder's contents along with a toolbar for managing its messages, as shown above. toolbar Open/Forward Displays a dialog containing message details and allows you to forward the message to a list of recipients. more... Delete Deletes the selected messages from the folder. right mouse button Click the right mouse button and the following menu will be displayed: Open/Forward see above Delete see above Select All Selects all messages in the folder. Search Message ID Switches to Event Log and performs a search for events that match the selected message's ID.
