Upgrading from Version 3.0
If you are running Version 3.0 and wish to evaluate Version 4.0:
 | shutdown the current version (administration program and service if running as a service) |
| download the product from our download section |
| install the product to a new folder (ie. NOT the existing installation's folder) |
| the program will ask you if you wish to use your Version 3.0 settings |
| once you verify the new version is working you can order a license for Version 4.0 |
| only uninstall Version 3.0 after receiving your new license |
